I think it's time to officially announce that I will be exhibiting at the National Stationery Show in New York this May. This will be my first trade show ever and I am as excited as I am nervous!
Ever since I started The Imagination Spot, I dreamed of being at the NSS. It is the largest stationery show in the U.S where you get to see all the big, small, old and new stationery designers. NSS is not open to public but it is a trade only show where retailers and other people from the stationery and gift industry come to shop for new products every year.
Exhibiting at NSS involves designing new products, renting booth space, walls, lighting; figuring out what the booth will look like as well as getting catalogs, postcards and other marketing material printed. It has been a few months I've started planning for it and now with only a few months left, there is still so much to do!
In the next couple of months, I will be try my best to share some sneak peaks at what I am working on and little glimpses of how I am getting ready for the National Stationery Show. So be sure to come back and be a part of this amazing journey with The Imagination Spot.
