Hello friends,
For some of you who have recently signed up for my newsletter or started following The Imagination Spot, I just wanted to stop by tell you a little bit about myself and my small business. I am Jasmine Wall, the founder and designer of The Imagination Spot. I started my small business in 2014 while I was working as an illustrator and graphic designer in the gift industry. I started with a small line of greeting cards and spent many weekends at local art and craft shows. After expanding my product line into other stationery and gift products, I started selling online on Etsy and wholesale to other small gift shops. Last summer I opened my own stationery and gift shop in downtown Goshen.
This first year and a half of business has been anything but easy. A new business always has all kinds of challenges but operating during the Pandemic has especially been tough. This has also been a year where I have learned so much as a small business owner. I have also learned to appreciate every other small business around me and realize how important it is for us all to shop small.
Unfortunately this year, we are unable to have the big Downtown Goshen Small Business Saturday event like last year but the good folks of Downtown Goshen have come up with a fun activity for you and your family.
