As we reflect on 2020, this has definitely been a rollercoaster of a year for most of us. This year was not only tough on my family personally but also for my small business. With the shop being open less than year, shutting down for six weeks during spring was challenging. But as the saying goes, "Even in Darkness, there is Light". This year the community rallied together for small businesses around the country. Many went out of their way to shop with us knowing they were doing so to help our small business.
As we all struggled, we learned to pivot our business and offer new ways to shop for our customers. I worked hard to list almost everything in the shop online so you could shop from the safety of your home. We offered in-store and curbside pick up, local delivery as well doing our best to provide a safe in person shopping experience for you.
I am extremely thankful for the support of my customers, the local community and other downtown Goshen business owners. Without all your support, The Imagination Spot would have not made it to the end of this year.
With 2020 behind us, we all hope for a much better 2021 for everyone. We wish you great health, happiness and prosperity.
