Beyond our product line, The Imagination Spot specializes in custom art, design and illustration. Please email info@theimaginationspot.com with the details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are always excited to hear about new projects and would be more than happy to lend a hand.

PROCESS

We begin with a consultation in person or on the phone to discuss the details of your project. Once we land on a concept, style, and budget we will send you a project estimate and contract for approval. We ask for a signed contract and a 50% deposit before we start the design process. Once the design process starts, we will send you design concepts based on our initial conversation. You can expect to receive initial proofs within 5-10 business days. Once you choose the design concept, we offer 3 rounds of editing at no charge and any additional rounds can be done for $25 each. Once the design has been finalized and approved by you, we will prepare for the printing process and ship your order once the balance has been paid in full. Depending on the scope of of the project, items will be shipped 3 to 6 weeks from final proof approval.
